Give Yourself the Gift of Relaxation This Holiday Season!
The holidays are a time for celebration, connection, and joy—but they can also be filled with stress and hustle. This season, take a moment to pause, unwind, and nurture yourself with a free restorative yoga class designed to help recharge and restore balance.
What’s Restorative Yoga? Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing, gentle practice that uses props (like blankets, blocks, and bolsters) to support the body in restful, supported poses. The focus is on slowing down, releasing tension, and cultivating mindfulness.
🕓 Time: 4:00 - 5:00 pm PST (adjust to your time zone)

Join Amanda Giacomini and Kimiko Fujimoto for a calming and soothing flow of restorative yoga to promote inner spaciousness and centering for the Holidays.
This class is suitable for all levels—whether you’re a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you will be guided through each pose with care and clarity. We recommend a few pillows, blankets, or yoga props on hand for support in a space where you can relax. Bolsters and blocks would be great but not required.
If you can’t make it live a recording after the class will be provided.
