AMANDA GIACOMINI
Amanda Giacomini is an artist, yogini and gifted storyteller. Her 10,000 Buddhas project was inspired by ancient Buddhist artwork in the Ajanta caves in India. This experience sparked an awakening which led her on a mission to paint 10,000 Buddhas. She’s also the co-founder of Point Reyes Yoga, which she and her husband, MC YOGI, started in 2001. Amanda is a kind and compassionate teacher. She calls on her more than two decades of practice to support students in letting go of stress and opening up to their own innate peace and joy. MC YOGI
MC YOGI is a recording artist, author, and yoga teacher. He's taught yoga and performed at festivals across the globe including headlining at Wanderlust Festival in over 30 US cities as well as Canada, Mexico, Japan, and Korea. His unique style of music and teaching is joy filled and spiritually uplifting. His first three records were all #1 on I Tunes World music and his fifth album, Ritual Mystical, was #1 on Electronic Music. During quarantine of 2020 he started a new band called The Cosmic Mellow with his wife Amanda. The new band features a distinctly Northern California sound that blends retro 70s psychedelic surf rock with modern lounge. The Cosmic Mellow was recently featured in Rolling Stone Magazine in Japan. In 2017 HarperOne published his memoir, Spiritual Graffiti which tells the story of his early years as a juvenile delinquent, living at a group home for at risk boys, to discovering yoga and launching his career as MC YOGI which would eventually lead to sharing yoga and music on the world stage including the Forbidden City in China and the White House. KATIE JAY
Katie teaches vinyasa yoga, a breath based practice emphasizing the linking of postures. Her approach is rooted in the Iyengar tradition of paying close attention to alignment. Her classes aim to awaken the body's inner intelligence through intuitive feeling and awareness and precise, mindful action.
Katie is known for her warmth, depth and humor. Her classes are often eclectic and playful and always deeply focused and heartfelt. She encourages her students to take the practice of yoga seriously but not themselves. Laughter is essential! While Katie has had the privilege of studying with many wonderful teachers over the years,
having been certified by Cyndi Lee in New York as an Om Yoga teacher and having trained under Shiva Rea, she is most humbly grateful to and influenced by her many years of training with Tony Briggs and Patricia Sullivan.

MAILE SIVERT
Maile Sivert teaches exploratory, moderate paced flowing Hatha classes, always with an emphasis on breath, alignment and yoga philosophy. She is inspired by her teacher Richard Freeman, who she has been studying with since 1998. She also teaches yoga therapy ball, self-massage classes informed by the Roll Model Method. Maile was the steward of The Mindful Body yoga & massage studio in San Francisco for 5 years and has guided many yoga enthusiasts through Yoga Teacher Training Programs she co-created there. She aims to create an inviting, inclusive atmosphere, where all expressions of yoga are encouraged.
Maile loves hiking, dogs, eating vegetables from her garden, foraging for wild food, swimming, doing art with her daughter and mangoes.
PATRICIA YENAWINE
MAYA ROSE
Maya’s classes are nurturing, creative safe spaces to explore the body and breath.
She specializes in therapeutic, emotionally oriented and trauma informed Gentle and Yin practices. Maya uses guided imagery, poetry, music and breath to cultivate an inner climate of love and acceptance and honor the layers of tension held deep within the tissues of the body. Maya has been teaching since 2015, with over 400 hours of YTT certification and a background in art and music from which to draw inspiration. Her classes are welcoming, fun, and deeply healing.
Stacie Overby
Mindfulness Teacher, Psychotherapist and Fellow Seeker, Stacie has been teaching Yoga since 2005. She is known for her deeply inspiring classes and heart-centered wisdom.
Her roots are steeped in Buddha Dharma, Yogic Philosophy, Depth Psychology, Meditation and Asana with Somatic Movement.
Each offering weaves together these wisdom traditions to curate an embodied experience on the mat through the physical, psychological, and spiritual, to re-awaken the innate wisdom within each of our hearts.
In addition to teaching, Stacie maintains a private psychotherapy practice, which continues to impress upon her the vulnerability and courage of the human spirit.
