Immerse yourself in the art of yin yoga. Nestled in a Northern California Coastal hamlet, Point Reyes Yoga is perfect setting to experience the deeply healing and restorative power of yin yoga.
Learn a classical and inspiring approach to yin yoga from two dedicated teachers, Amanda Giacomini and Kimiko Fujimoto who will integrate their love of storytelling and herbalism into embodied yin rituals of gentle renewal.
This immersion is both a retreat for self-discovery while also gaining skillful techniques to share yin yoga with others.
What you will learn:
In-depth understanding of the 26 classical Yin postures
Pranayama, Mantra, and Meditation techniques
Subtle body energetics, such as the Chinese Meridians & Chakras
Yogic & Taoist philosophy
Yin anatomy & the biomechanics of fascia
Sequencing for all levels of students with hands-on-assists & modifications
Themed storytelling & creative sequencing to bring students into a yin state
Developing a personal home practice
Self-massage with pressure points
The art of holding space and using props and music to enhance the experience
Practicum teaching with mentorship
Self-exploration with some basic herbs and flower essences that can assist with openness, relaxation, and rejuvenation
Connection with nature and community
Yin yoga manual
Schedule
Each day will include a deep 2-hour yin yoga session followed by theory, sharing, and supplementary techniques to create mindful and meditative practices.

Investment : $1000, $500 Deposit to register, balance due by April 22.
Includes 35 contact hours plus a take home project to support you integrating and a follow up mentor zoom session. Price include all training hours and materials.
