Join Point Reyes Yoga co-founder, Amanda Giacomini in a six week, in person (RE) Introduction to Yoga series to learn and practice the fundamentals of yoga asana. Weekly sessions will meet at Point Reyes Yoga studio on Thursdays from 9:00am to 10:15am. These 75 min sessions will begin with 15 min of learning technique, alignment, and anatomy followed by a hour long gentle yoga practice.
This in person series is great for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Allowing new students to learn the ropes and long time students to refresh their practice and alignment after years of mushy Zoom home practice.

Week Two - Feet and knees
Week Three - Hips
Week Four - Low back
Week Five - Shoulders
Week Six - Head and Neck
