Learn in person with Patricia Yenawine over the course of 8 weekly sessions.
Patricia has a deep understanding of functional anatomy, and teaches how we can all understanding how the body works on a skeletal, muscular, and fascial level.
Open to all levels of ability.
These classes will take place 9-10am Mondays at Point Reyes Yoga Studio, inside Tobys' Feed Barn.
mats, foam rollers, bands, and balls will be provided
